100 qualified ref in Perak? U must be joking. Have u check the latest listing. We got only about 30 to 40 maybe qualified ref and that was before the MTA case. The last time that i check we got only about 10 active and qualified ref not incluiding those from ATM. We never borrow any ref from ATM as far as I know. They came forward themself when they heard that there ia a championship. Please get the record straight.

AS for getting personal with my views. Again I never mentioned names. I use the words 'u know who' just to let others to think and see for them selves. If they don't see any one or can't think of any one, that means they feel that there is no unfair ( will not use the word BIAS anymore) ref. Thats their view.
As for me i think that there is a unfiar ref, my view, but i keep the name to myself. And didn't point any finger to any one.

U in the other hand when u read this forum and saw the word 'u know who'the first person u think of is them. What does that means?

And u are the one who is getting personally by saying that I am Master Song 'blue eye boy'. And u are the one who mentioned names. Is that not getting personal?

Yes it was a fact that most ref from perak do not want to contribute their services. Teaching is more important to them? where are their assistance? All pretty lame excuses ! The old timer are there not becoz they wanted to. They are force to as no one came forward to volunteer ! You mean to say the old timer have got no classes to teach?

Frankly, people learn their mistake from history and where they came from. You dont agreed with that?

Appointment of examiner was a well kept treasure in MTA for almost 30 years. Why was it not open up to 4th Dan earlier? Why after the split of MTA that its was then open up? Why does the snr instructor are fighting for this? And by attracting snr instructors to come back to MTA, they were offer the examinership.
Of course teaching make more money but the status as a 7th Dan who cant even grade a yellow belt is an embarrassing as a master. WTF had reminded MTA to open up examinership to all 4th Dan many donkey years.
So do you now understand? In the whole of malaysia if you only have 5 examiner with 40,000 black belt & 130,000 tkd practitioner.... you should be smart enough to calculate how much each of them will earn a month.

Do you want to offer yourself as a ref for the next coming navy tournament in Lumut? I can get you in if you volunteer. You can see for yourself there when you be the ref. Pls bring your crash helmet as no one is gonna help you when things run loose.

You are not stress? maybe so coz you only offer your services for district cship? school cship? club? that a small happy happy cship. For the Navy cship, trainee ref are allow. Interested? PM me.

Perak has so many ref but none came to offer themselve. Always gave too many excuse saying too busy with class. So who do you blame? And now calling people biase? Who are these people you are refering to? Master John? Master Kuppussamy? Master Bala?

And what is the story about too many eaxaminer? You must be Song Yoong Khin blue eye boy? You mean to say a person holding a 6th or 7th Dan cannot be appointed as the examiner? Must examine only by Song? So he can make more money for himself? And if you dont let him grade he wll not favor you? Is this what you are trying to imply? Are you that BIASE yourself?? I did not say it is not good. It only the standards is dropping cos some new examiner lower their passing standard just to pass more ppl so their members will grow. Again i never mention any names.

First are u a taekwondo member urself. Are u suppose to refer master Song with his full name. And yes I am his students. I myself has alot of the time does not agree with him. Then u mentioned the three instructors name. Does that means u are their blue eye boy?

You better not be a ref as you hve not reach a level where you be stress and pressure to perform. If you want to test how good your refereeing is go try out the Navy tournament and make sure you wear a crash helmet !

Are u a ref urself. What is it to be stress about. If u are a good and fair ref u wont be stress and preasure to officiate any championship be it state or national level. And i never heard of any 1 wearing crash helmet to go in as a ref. i wonder where u went for ref as u need to wear 1. U are stress as u urself is not confident. is this what u imply.

I agree with u that Perak state have a lot of referee but not all the referee is base in same area and do u know how big is Perak state is?

Beside that u must respect the individual decision whether they want to be referee a not and as u say most of them are tight up with their own classes and etc...

Frankly people are selfish but remember that there is always some instructor out there willing to volunteer as referee.

By the way base on what Jason wrote, he is not saying anyone in particular is biase as u yourself know that there is certain referee are BIASE. U like it a not thats the fact.

I been taught and train to Respect people by my instructor and I hope u are taught well too by your instructor. Thus have some respect to Jason.

U may think that I’m trying to protect Jason but if u mature enough to think and read carefully what have been posted then I believe all those instructor names will not mention here by yourself.

On appointing of examiner, well again I must say that RESPECT the rules and regulation set. If u been taught well then u will not question on how many examiner or who can be appointed as a examiner.

People who is crazy on POWER & GLORY will do whatever to benefit them and not focus on promoting Taekwondo.
Why must 6th & 7th Dan holder must be given power to be examiner? Do u think that is those 6th & 7th Dan instructor have time to be examiner as I know they been tight up with their own classessssssss.

Being examiner making more money? Well do some calculation my friend on averagely how many students u have or how many classes u teach per week. If teaching classes is not making money then why there is so many instructor teaching taekwondo?
For fun? I don’t think so........ Beside that don’t forget that every student send for grading the instructor have a cut back and also not forget the uniform purchase by the student....

So now who is making more money? INTRUCTOR vs. EXAMINER?

On the split up of MTA well is already HISTORY!! Don’t talk about the past anymore and we should now focus on promoting the sports. Time to move on and look forward....
